SCL Sports Therapy was started in 2020 by graduate Sports Therapist, Sophie Lavy, a fully qualified and insured member of the Society of Sports Therapists (SST). Operating in Derbyshire, our clients are of all ages and lifestyles, ranging from professional athletes to individuals who just want to enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle.

Sophie graduated from Coventry University in 2018 with a 1st class (hons) degree in Sports Therapy, and has since worked with multiple professional downhill mountain bike and road cycling teams, and the British Cycling para squad. She has also worked for private clinics in the UK, and spent a Winter season working with athletes at the ski resort of St Anton, Austria.

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys hiking, biking and walking her yellow Labrador, Milo.
